NTHS Fall 2014 Induction Ceremony

NTHS Fall Inductees

The 2014 Fall National Technical Honor Society Induction was held Thursday, November 21, in the Giauque Auditorium at Tri-Rivers Career Center.

Eleven new members were inducted into : Jessica Akers, Healthcare Professions, Marion City; Tyler Austin, Computer Networking Electronics Technology (CNET), Elgin; Velvet Collins, Digital Media & Entertainment, Cardington; Jesse Davis, Auto Technology, Marion City; Brandon Drake, Culinary Arts, Mt. Gilead; Erin Graves, Veterinary Science, Cardington; Kendra Grogg, Cosmetology, Highland; Kayla Helton, Healthcare Professions, Highland; Ceranda Pearson, Ag & Industrial Power, Cardington; Dylan Reynolds, Healthcare Professions, Marion City and Mia Walter, Public Safety Services, Elgin.

The speaker for the evening event was Lucas Bledsoe, Tri-Rivers Automotive Technology instructor and a graduate of Tri-Rivers, as well as a National Technical Honor Society member. He spoke to the group about his experiences and how important NTHS was to him in he career.

NTHS’s mission is to honor student achievement and leadership in career and technical education, promote educational excellence, award scholarships, and enhance career opportunities for the NTHS membership.
