To approve a contract for Jim Rittler and Jason Rice
for the part-time groundskeeper.
Jim Rittler and Jason Rice will share the responsibilities of this
position and backup each other to assist in critical times such as rut repair
and reseeding, possible wet and fast growing conditions, and the guarantee to
have grounds looking good at all times.
These contracts will begin immediately and continue through October 31,
2011. Each employee will be paid
$10.00 per hour for hours worked.
The maximum number of hours between both employees shall be twenty-five
(25) hours per week, unless prior approval is obtained from the Superintendent.

Out of State
Workshop – Attachment 10J
To approve attendance at an
out-of-state CoAEMSP Accreditation Workshop on June 3-4 in Pittsburg, PA
for Regina Shumaker. The
registration fee is $275, lodging for 2 nights is $159 per night + tax, and a
daily maximum rate of $40 for food will bring the total cost of the workshop to
approximately $715 plus transportation. Cost of registration and travel will be
paid by a grant. The Ohio
Department of Public Safety is requiring that all Training providers become
CoAEMSP Accredited in order to continue to offer training with National
certification. This workshop is the first step in the accreditation process.

Non-Renewal
of Contract

current contract expires on August 31, 2011.
