Welcome PN & LPN to RN students

Tri-Rivers welcomed the new Adult Education Practical Nursing and LPN to RN classes Wednesday, May 25 during orientation day. The focus of the day-long orientation was Believe, Connect and Achieve.

The students were welcomed by Superintendent Charles Speelman, Adult Director Richard George, Nursing Education Programs Manager Emeline Kelly and all the instructors and staff. Kelly told them their first achievement was getting accepted into the programs. George explained to the students the importance of connecting with family, friends and instructors throughout the program. Superintendent Speelman encouraged students to believe in themselves to make good decisions by  analyzing the risks, gathering facts,  and creating a viable  plan.
