Feb. 11—Parent Teacher Conference Registration
Dear Parent/Guardian;
It is time again for Parent Teacher Conferences. The Conferences will be held February 11, 2021, from 3:30 – 6:30pm.
This is a wonderful opportunity for you to connect with your student’s teachers, career tech instructors, and school counselors. Due to the conditions of the pandemic, we are planning to conduct these conferences virtually. We encourage you to take advantage of this connection. Tri-Rivers Career Center is now using PTCFast.com to make signing up for Parent Teacher conferences more convenient.

Prior to registering, you will need the following information:
• Your email information
• Your student’s name
• The names of your student’s teachers These can be found on your student’s grade card or in Power School
• The time you are available for conferences Time slots are in 15 minutes and you will need to sign up for each teacher that you would like to visit.
If you do not have internet access or need help, please contact us via phone at 740-389-8580. Our intent is to conduct these conferences virtually. Once we receive your email, the teachers will reach out to you to provide a zoom meeting/google meet link to confirm your virtual conference.
