LPN to RN Program Details

Tri-Rivers LPN to RN School of Nursing is offering a 15-month Evening LPN to RN Diploma Curriculum beginning August 2015. The Evening Program is designed to meet the educational needs of an LPN who has to work full-time while at the same time continue his or her education.

The Classroom hours will be Tuesdays and Wednesday-4pm-8pm with online learning Thursdays and Fridays (asynchronous) and Clinical Day Saturday or Sunday, 7am to 7pm. 1. Applicant may complete the fill in application, download, sign and mail the application along with the fee to Adult Ed. When all documents are received, Adult Ed. staff will call the applicant for confirmation of receipt and  to schedule for entrance testing OR<
2. Applicant may complete the fill in application, download, sign and drop the application along with the fee to Adult Education office at 333 East Center St and schedule the test date to complete the two required entrance test.
3. Applicants may complete the fill in application, save it, then send it via email to me . The applicant will have to call the Adult Ed office and provide a credit card number for the application fee and schedule the entrance test.
