For more than 45 years, Tri-Rivers has been preparing students to be Enrolled, Employed, or Enlisted, while serving as a trusted partner to families, schools, and employers across North Central Ohio. As we look ahead, we are seeking a leader who will build on our strong foundation, live out our core values, and guide us into the future of career-technical education.The Tri-Rivers Career Center Board of Education has partnered with K-12 Business Consulting to guide the search for our next Superintendent. The process will be transparent, inclusive, and focused on aligning candidate qualifications with the needs of our students, staff, and community.

October 15: Profile Presentation
October 16: Job Posting
January 9: Application Deadline
- The posting will close.
- Board members will receive access to a secure portal with candidate applications.
January 14: Board Work Session
- Board members will review, rank, and discuss candidates.
January 21 & 22: First-Round Interviews
- Semifinalists will be interviewed:
- January 21
- January 22
January 28: Final Interviews
- The Board will interview finalists.
- That evening, the Board will work to determine the final candidate.
- An offer will be extended.
February 18: Board Approval
- The selected candidate will be formally recommended to the Board of Education for approval.
