Ophthalmic Technician

Multi-provider general ophthalmology practice with an office in Marion and Delaware Ohio seeking a full time (4 or 5 days per week) ophthalmic technician. Responsibilities include all patient work-up functions, diagnostic testing, scribing, ancillary testing, and other related duties. The practice utilizes electronic medical records.

The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be an effective and positive member of our collaborative team. Must also be detail-oriented, professional, having excellent communication skills, and a friendly and outgoing personality.

Prior ophthalmic experience helpful, but certainly not required as we have a 6 week training program to help with preparing our new technicians – just need the right attitude with a willingness to learn.

Our hours are M-F from 8:30 to 5:00. We would like to find the right candidate who is dependable and committed with a great work ethic and welcome them to our wonderful team.
