Machine set-up Technician

* Enforces & upholds WB policies & procedures throughout WB while cultivating a success-oriented atmosphere.
* Oversees machine operation in the Manufacturing Department.
* Assists the Quality Control/Shift Supervisor as needed.
* Must be able to set up (utilizing proper tooling) & maintain the Manufacturing Department machinery to ensure full functionality adhering to WB product standards.
* Must have thorough comprehension of mechanics in addition to other properties of machines in the Manufacturing Department.
* Must adhere to safety programs, policies & procedures to ensure associate safety.
