Culinary students learn from pros

Tri-Rivers Culinary Arts Students recently were part of the American Culinary Federation/Ohio ProStart Day. The students traveled with their instructor Chef Sheila Hamm to this event held  in Columbus. They watched two chefs do demonstrations— one on spices and building flavor profiles and the other on Maine Lobster. The students also had the opportunity to network with industry chefs during lunch.  Students attending were Sarah Shipman, Brooklyn Gamble, Daniel Huntt and Eric Glosser.
