The Morrow County Health District is seeking a public health nurse to serve as a communicable disease nurse and clinic nurse for the agency.  This RN/LPN will be responsible for the surveillance, investigation, and follow-up for reportable diseases in Morrow County.  This nurse will also administer childhood, adolescent, and adult vaccinations according to Federal and State recommendations, and will assist the Clinic Services Manager and Nurse Practitioner with duties in the Reproductive Health clinic.

Qualifications:  Applicant must have a current Ohio nursing license, as well as a current Ohio driver’s license and auto insurance.  Minimum associate degree/diploma in nursing required.

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

·         Experience in multitasking.

·         Provide quality customer service.

Salary: RN starting pay is $21.50 per hour and LPN starting pay is $19.50 per hour, which may be adjusted commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with 38 hours per week, Monday – Thursday.
