 Principals Visit Construction Technologies

Area principals visit the Construction Technologies students to see firsthand the Unibilt home they are constructing. This project is providing the students with excellent hands-on training. Once the home is completed, it will be sold at auction.

TPA Student Receives Scholarship

Emily Springer and Instructor Lori Burkhart.   Springer, a River Valley student in Tri-Rivers Teaching Professions Academy, receives a $500 scholarship from the Marion Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa.

  Ramey to join ITEST Team in Washington DC
Tri-Rivers
Engineering Instructor Ritch Ramey will be part of the National Science Foundation’s ITEST grant review team in Washington DC this summer, “This will allow me to see how the grant process works and hopefully bring future robotics and STEM  funding to our programs at Tri-Rivers, Marion Technical College and the surrounding area,” explained Ramey.

PCT Graduation
The 2011 Patient Care Technician Graduation was held recently in the Giauque Auditorium. The program is designed to prepare students for entry-level careers in 10 different skilled healthcare professions.
