Congratulations Seniors!

 

Tri-Rivers Senior Recognition 2011 was held Thursday Night at the historic Palace Theatre in downtown Marion. All Seniors crossed the stage and were recognized for their accomplishments. More than $213,000 of scholarships were awarded, certifications were announced,acceptances to college were recognized and special awards were presented.

Schweinfurth Memorial Scholarship:  Recognizes a student for excellent academic achievement in Social Studies and English,in addition to outstanding attendance, seriousness of purpose, initiative, dependability and the ability to get along with others.  Jessica Moore – Computer Networking Electronics Technologies

Tri-Rivers Education Association (TREA) Scholarship: Recognize students for academic achievement and leadership. Destini Fogle – Healthcare Professions & Zane Smith – Ag & Industrial Power Technology

Tri-Rivers Alumni Association Scholarship: Recognizes a student for
achievement, attendance, initiative, dependability, and active in 
career-technical
organizations and continuing education in a post-secondary institution.

Rick Lupica Memorial Scholarship: Recognizes a student  enrolled in Automotive Technology or Collision Repair Technology for academic achievement, attendance, seriousness of purpose, initiative, dependability, the ability to get along with others, continuing education in a post-secondary institution.  John White – Collision Repair Technology

Bill & Shelby Guthery Memorial Scholarship: Recognizes a student in Ag & Industrial Power, Automotive Technology, or Collision Repair Technology for academic achievement, attendance, seriousness of purpose, initiative, dependability,the ability to get along with others, continuing education in a post-secondary institution.
