Students selected for NTHS

Congratulations to the newest members of the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS)—Eric Glosser, Ashley Snyder and Kaylee Hesson.

Kaylee Hesson.

The tapping ceremony for the fall membership was Tuesday, Nov. 29. The students were quietly taken out of class, blindfolded and led around the building by current NTHS members. They then removed their blindfolds and were presented a note congratulating them.  They were served light refreshments. The formal fall induction ceremony will be Monday, December 5 at 7pm in the Auditorium.

In the spring there will be another tapping and induction ceremony. NTHS is America’s highest award of excellence in career and technical education. It is a nationally recognized organization for promoting excellence in workforce education to meet the demands of today’s quality driven businesses and industries.

Ashley Snyder.
